2. Project-Based Work
Best for launches, system design, or concept development with a defined start and end.
- Custom quote based on complexity, duration, and deliverables
- Typically starts from €800+
- Includes a kickoff session, structured delivery, and handover support
3. Ongoing Advisory (Retainer)
For businesses or clients who want regular support, team guidance, and system upkeep.
- From €2,000/month
- Includes weekly check-ins, on-demand input, and continuous refinement
- Best for pre-opening support, operational oversight, and strategic coaching
